Types of Visas

Types of student Visas:

We have totally three types of student Visas.They are ..
  • F visa: F visa is for academic studies.f-visa is for individual students who wish to study or conduct research at an accredited U.S. college or university.
  • J visa:J visa is for exchange visitors
  • M visa: The M visa is for those who wishing to pursue non-academic or vocational studies.
To get visa you should have a valid passport with you.

Passport information

To go to abroad you need to have passport.In this post I explain how to get it.

How to apply for passport:
  • Get the Passport Application Form.
  • Fill the form as per the instructions.
All original documents are to be shown at the time of submission of the passport application form. With the Original Passport Application Form, self-attested copies of all required documents need to be attached.

Where to apply.
  1. You can apply in any of the following way.
  2. The counter of the Passport office .
  3. The Speed Post centers .
  4. District Passport Cells .
  5. Passport Collection Centers
Certificates to be enclosed:

  • Date of Birth proof
  • Address proof ( present)
  • Study certificate.
  • SSc Memo
  • Birth certificate
And also we require 3 Passport size color photos with light background.

Visa requirements

  • Certificates from previous institutions attended .
  • Scores from standardized tests required by the educational institution such as the TOEFL,SAT, GRE, GMAT, etc.
  • Financial evidence that shows you or your parents who are sponsoring you have sufficient funds to cover your tuition and living expenses during the period of your intended study.

The above three are neccessary to apply for a Visa.
